Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No. You're welcome to shop with us as a guest without creating an account.
How can I pay for my order?
We use Stripe to process secure payments allowing you to pay with debit or credit cards from all major brands. We also offer Klarna if you prefer to pay over time. All prices are in US$.
Can I pay with a gift card?
Alpha Fauna gift cards can be used to pay for orders on the site. Once purchased, gift cards are delivered by email, and will include the code you can use at checkout to access the credit available on your gift card. Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. Gift card purchases can't be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
Can orders be canceled or modified?
Unfortunately not. Once an order is placed, you will not be able to cancel or modify it. Before submitting your final order, please double-check all the details including the items in the cart, plus contact and delivery information.
How long will it take to process my order
In most cases it takes about 2-3 business days to get an order ready to ship. After that your order will ship out to you with tracking. Check the 'Shipping & Delivery' section below for more.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Damage is rare, but if something isn’t right, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description, and a few photos so we can quickly arrange a replacement.
If the parcel arrived with visible damage, please take a photo before opening it. Damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll guide you on the next steps.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
If your country isn’t listed, you’re welcome to arrange delivery through a trusted third-party forwarding service.
Where do you ship from?
Our prints are made in the USA, and ship from there.
How much will I pay for shipping?
We’re pleased to offer free shipping to the US. For all other destinations, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order — with no hidden costs, customs fees, or additional taxes upon delivery.
What about customs fees?
International orders include all duties, taxes, and customs fees, so there are no surprise charges when your order arrives.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most orders arrive within 8–10 days from the date they are placed. Production usually takes 2–4 business days, with typical shipping times of 3–5 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors like holidays, weather, customs, or rural delivery locations. Estimated delivery times for each product can be found on its product page.
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Will all the items I ordered ship together?
Not necessarily. As a small business we use a number of partners to manufacture and ship our products. This may cause orders with multiple items to be delivered separately.
Can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email from us once your order ships. If tracking doesn’t appear right away, please allow up to 2 days for the carrier to update.
If you have any questions, contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.
What about missing or lost packages?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the marked delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate. If a parcel is marked as delivered but can’t be located, we may need confirmation from the carrier before arranging a replacement.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as incorrect details are the most common cause of missing packages.

What is the return and refund process?
Email us within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Returns must be sent to our US address via a tracked service, with shipping costs covered by the customer. Original shipping charges and sale items are not refundable. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
