How can I join the Alpha Fauna Affiliate Program?
Complete and submit the sign-up form. We'll then take a few days to review it before letting you know if your application was approved.
How long does it take to be approved as an affiliate?
We respond to most applications in about 2 business days.
How will I know if my application is approved?
Our team will review your application, and if it's approved you'll receive an email confirming your acceptance and some marketing assets to help you get started. We'll also let you know if your application has not been approved.
If your application is not approved it just means it's not a great fit for where we're at right now. Our criteria or suite of products may change in the future, at which point we may be able to reconsider your application.
How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance into our Affiliate Program, you will receive access to your own affiliate dashboard where you can manage your links and/or coupons.
When a customer makes a purchase using your link or coupon, the sale will be credited to you, earning you a commission.
Especially with links, even if customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your affiliate cookie will be stored in their browser and device. Should they make a purchase at a later time you'll still earn a commission as long as the cookie hasn't expired.
How do I get paid as an affiliate?
We issue all payments via PayPal.
When do I get paid as an affiliate?
When you successfully bring in orders, we'll review those orders and pay for their commissions.
We process payments on the last Friday of every month, but only if your payout total on that date exceeds $25. If it is below $25 on that date we will delay payment until your payout total reaches $25. We will delay total commission payouts below $25 for no more than 3 months.
